Directions: East on US 11 from Knoxville to Blaine, TN. Turn R on Indian Ridge Rd. Follow Indian Ridge Road for about 8 miles. Travel past the Indian Ridge Baptist Church (at the church are cemeteries on both sides of the road).  About 1/10 of a mile past the church... the Stolsworth Cemetery is located on the right close to the road on a small hill between Fennell and Bunch Roads.  I was able to see the cemetery from Indian Ridge Rd.  In a survey by Haron Wells in October 1980... he indicated the cemetery was fenced and well kept.  As you can see by the photos... the fence is no longer there and the cemetery is somewhat overgrown.  I spoke with the care taker (Jake Stalsworth RR 1 Box 129 Bunch Rd. Blaine, TN 37709) and he indicated he is no longer able to care for the cemetery because of failing health.  He also said the 7 unmarked graves were those of slaves.
